Compatibility
EZware-500 v 2.51 has been specially
designed to communicate with the Silver Series, but it is entirely compatible
with all versions of the HMI500 Series, as well. |

Extensive Graphics ¡X EZware-500 contains libraries with over 500 of the most commonly used
graphics and symbols in industry. You can also import your own bitmap (.BMP)
files, which can be sized to any size, combined with other graphics, used in
conjunction with EZware's drawing tools, and stored in libraries. With that
type of graphics versatility you can design the screens you want - exactly the
way you want them. |

Color ¡X More colors
not only intensify an experience, but also improve ability to communicate.
EZware-500 comes with a vibrant 256-color palette to create objects that
instantly convey meaning to the operator. Besides solid colors, different
shading patterns can be used for even more options. |

Interpretive data ¡X EZware-500 gives you more ways to communicate data to the operator
than ever before. Use bar graphs, panel meters, trends, XY plots, lamps and
more to easily interpret raw data from the PLC. |

Two types of animation ¡X
To communicate with the operator even more clearly, set your
screens in motion. Animated sequences can be programmed in two ways. The moving
shapes feature allows the controller to position an object on screen based on
XY coordinates in the PLC. Animation objects are programmed in the HMI and move
objects along a predefined path. |

Multiple object states ¡X
All objects can be displayed in up to 32 object states, which
can be preprogrammed on the HMI or triggered by PLC data, allowing the operator
easy interpretation of PLC conditions. |

Macro scripting language ¡X
Program complex functions to be performed in the HMI with the
scripting feature for increased HMI functionality and lower controller
workload. The C-based script feature allows you to create multiple scripts that
can be executed on command by the HMI. Scripts provide the power that you need
for HMI-intensive tasks. |

Simulation mode ¡X Immediately test OIT operation right on your computer without having
to spend the time to download the project to the OIT first. EZware-500 makes it
easy to save time and steps using Simulation mode. Projects can be simulated in
EZware-500 right on your PC without having to take the time to load them to the
panel to test them using offline simulation mode. Online simulation mode allows
you to connect the PLC to the computer to test the project and make quick
changes before loading the completed project to the HMI - something that other
OITs don't have. |

Multiple language labeling ¡X
Configure the OIT to communicate in up to four different
languages by creating a database of text labels that allows operators to switch
languages in the field with the press of a button. |

Tag database ¡X Need to
change PLCs and don't want to totally reprogram your entire OIT? EZware-500's
tag database makes it easy to do this quickly and easily, allowing you to
change object tags rather than changing each object's assigned PLC
address. |

Security
Manage security on multiple levels to
limit access to only those who need it. EZware-500 allows you to configure the
HMI with up to 3 levels of password protection. |
Connectivity
EZware-500 allows you to configure
Silver Series OITs to communicate with over 85 controller families with
protocols that communicate specifically with many of the biggest brand names in
industrial automation, including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Koyo and GE Fanuc.
EZware-500 also has the Modbus TCP/IP and Modbus RTU protocol, allowing you to
configure the OIT to communicate with the thousands of controllers that use
those protocols. |

Demo Software
The demo version of EZware-500 includes all
the features and functions of the complete configuration software, except for
the ability to download the controller protocol to the HMI. To install the
