MAP450D

The MAP450D brings high capability to your control system in a small low cost operator interface terminal. It is a complete package, providing simple and cost-effective replacement for separate components such as lights, pushbutton switches, alarm indicators, etc. The MAP450D provides you with a complete alphanumeric keypad and LCD display that is simple to setup and install, and simple for your operator to understand.

The MAP450D can be configured as a simple ASCII terminal for communicating with many ASCII compatible controllers. It supports both RS-232 and RS-422/485 communications, and for applications that require multiple terminals the MAP450D supports multi-drop networks of up to 255 units. The 2-line by 40-character displays on these industrial ASCII terminals can be configured to display text messages from the controller or the 500 user-defined messages that are stored in the MAP450D.

Tough enough to function almost anywhere, the MAP450D is sealed to NEMA 4/12 standards and meets CE specifications for electric noise immunity in commercial, light and heavy industrial environments.
